Position: Assistant Shop Manager/ Shop Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Assist daily operational activities of the retail outlet
• Serve walk-in customers
• Monitor and control inventory and sales
• Manage the shop's daily operation in ensuring the best shopping experience for customers
• Able to achieve store goals through supervision and maintenance of the shop
• Assist with daily sales and staff management
• Planning the layout and location for promotion area
• Preparation of working schedule for sales assistants
• Prepare monthly review and promotion result report
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/ “O” Level
• Minimum 2 years in managing/ supervising a fashion retail outlet
• Passion for fashion, pro-active, and responsible
• Good communication skills in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
• People oriented with excellent customer service
• Independent, hard working, result-oriented, team-player, responsible, good attitude, and able to work under pressure
• Must be able to work under retail hours and public holidays
• Must be able to work at Sunway Pyramid
• Must have basic computer skills
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
